CloserPass is preparing its launch. These terms will be completed with the details of the operating company once it is registered.

What CloserPass is

CloserPass is an online platform where licensed real estate agencies publish their own job offers and where candidates find them. CloserPass is not a recruitment agency and does not take part in the hiring decision.

For candidates

  • Using CloserPass is free for candidates. Nobody may ask you for money to apply through CloserPass.
  • The information in your CV must be true. Do not publish the personal data of other people.
  • Guides and the "Ask AI" assistant give general information, not legal or financial advice. Check fees and rules with the official authorities before you pay or sign.

For agencies

  • Only agencies with a valid licence can publish. We may ask for proof at any time.
  • Every job is reviewed before publication. A job must be real, open, and describe the conditions honestly. Fields left empty are shown as "Not specified".
  • It is forbidden to ask candidates for any payment, to publish fake or misleading offers, or to collect candidates' data for another purpose.
  • Paid options (sponsored jobs, featured agency, magazine features) are labelled as such and follow the same rules.

Content and accuracy

We check our guides against official sources and date them, but rules and fees change. Agency information comes from the agencies and from public sources, shown on each profile. If something is wrong, tell us and we correct it.

Suspension

We may remove a job, a profile or an account that breaks these rules, in particular in case of a suspected fake offer.

Independence

CloserPass is not affiliated with the Dubai Land Department, RERA or any government entity.
