What it means for your career
- More brokers, more competition. One registered broker in three started in 2025. Choosing the right agency, with real leads and training, matters more than ever.
- Off-plan drives the market. Developer launches bring many deals, but commissions can take longer to be paid. Ask how and when the agency pays you.
- The market moves fast. A quiet month can come without warning. Keep savings for several months: try the savings calculator.
