Is it really free?
Yes. Posting jobs on CloserPass is free for every licensed agency. No card is asked.
Why do you ask for our licence or company number?
Only real, licensed or registered agencies can publish on CloserPass. We check it before the first job goes live: the ORN in the UAE, the FAL licence in Saudi Arabia, the GOEIC registration in Egypt, the company registration in Morocco and Spain, the NIB in Bali. It protects candidates from fake offers, and it protects your brand.
Do we have to show the commission split and the salary?
You choose what to show. Every field you leave empty appears as “Not specified”, never as “Not provided”. Jobs with clear conditions get more qualified applications.
How fast is a job published?
Every job is reviewed by our team before it goes live, usually within one working day.
Can candidates hide their profile from us?
Yes. A broker can hide their profile from their current agency. That is why brokers trust the platform, and why you meet candidates who are really open to move.
Which countries can join?
